Pacificsource Programs:

InTouch for Members - Members can access their benefit information by logging on to the secure InTouch For Members area of our Web site. They can view their claims, the status of pre-authorizations and referrals, the accumulated expenses towards their plan’s deductible, and more.

Health Manager- Health Manager is an online health and wellness center available through InTouch.  Powered by WebMD®, it includes personalized wellness information and a variety of helpful, easy-to-use online tools including a health risk assessment.

Free & Clear™ tobacco cessation program - Free & Clear gives the member the help they need to kick tobacco for good with nicotine replacement therapy and one-on-one phone support.

Hospital-Based Education Classes - Members can receive a reimbursement of up to $50 per eligible health and wellness class or series offered by hospitals, and up to $150 per member per plan year.

Expectations Prenatal Care Program - Expectations helps expectant mothers reduce their risk of premature birth. Participants receive educational materials and toll-free telephone access to a nurse consultant. High-risk members receive additional proactive nurse support.

Prenatal Vitamin Program - Pregnant members with pharmacy coverage are eligible to receive six months of physician-prescribed prenatal vitamins at no cost. (Copays and deductibles are waived.) Certain restrictions apply. After six months, refills are covered according to their pharmacy benefit.

Caremark® Prescription Discount Program - With our prescription discount program, members simply present their PacificSource Member ID card at any Caremark network pharmacy to receive a discount on the cash price of any drugs not covered by their plan.

Assist America® Global Emergency Services - Members with medical coverage who experience a medical emergency when traveling 100 or more miles from home or abroad can call Assist America for help. Services include medical consultation and evaluation, medical referrals, foreign hospital admission guarantee, critical care monitoring, and when medically necessary, evacuation to a facility that can provide treatment. These services are provided at no cost to members when arranged and provided by Assist America.

 Weight Watchers Pilot Program – Members can participate in a Weight Watchers® program and receive reimbursement.

Jenny Craig Program – Members can participate in a Jenny Craig® program at a discount. Simply present the coupon when you register for the program.

PacificSource coverage also includes medical management programs and services for those with more intensive medical needs.

Nurse Case Managers work individually with members needing specific help to manage their healthcare. When appropriate, they work with you and your healthcare providers to coordinate your care and achieve optimal quality of life and financial outcomes.

Condition Management Program offers education and support to members with asthma, diabetes, heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary artery disease, or juvenile diabetes. Condition Management is available to members insured by large employer groups (those with 51 or more employees), and members on portability policies.

AccordantCare™ rare disease management and CVS Caremark Specialty Pharmacy programs provide individual support and coordination for our members with certain rare diseases, or those requiring injectable medications or biotech drugs.
